1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the student, and our driving school. By booking a course with us, you agree to abide by the following terms.

2. Course Booking and Payment

When you book a course, you'll receive an email notification that includes the specific timeframes for your scheduled lessons. Full payment for the course is required before you can begin any class or lesson. We reserve the right to refuse service to any student who has not paid their fees in full.

3. Student Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep track of the course dates and times provided to you. We are not responsible for any lessons or courses missed due to your failure to attend within the designated timeframes. Missed lessons may not be refunded. You will be rescheduled into the next available class session.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

The deposit is non-refundable. However, if a student pays in full and before courses begin, decides to take their child elsewhere for the 38-hr course, they will receive a refund of $375 and not $575.

5. Vehicle Use

During your lessons, you'll be using one of our vehicles. We expect you to treat our vehicles with care. Any damage caused by reckless or negligent behavior may result in you being held financially responsible.

6. Instructor's Discretion

Our instructors reserve the right to end a lesson at any time if they believe a student's behavior is unsafe or disruptive. In such cases, the lesson will be considered complete, and no refund will be issued.

7. Personal Information

We will collect and store your personal information for the purpose of providing driving instruction and for record-keeping. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
